On 5th June 2020 Homes England published their formal representations to the Horsham Local plan consultation.

We have secured copies off-line if anyone is having difficulty accessing them.
We will make further comments once we have had time to study their submission.
So, the headline is that it does seem clear that Homes England are pursuing this scheme. The ball is now in Horsham District Council’s court and we must wait to see whether they will adopt this proposal as part of their Local Plan update.
We’ll keep residents updated as soon as we have any further information.
