One resident responded to Homes England as follows:
‘Have just read your latest update and it appears to be a completely one sided article in favour of yourselves. All your questions on the survey were all worded so that answers would all be agreeable to what you propose. I attended 2 meetings and filled out the online survey and my feeling was and speaking to others that a high proportion were completely against this development. Why have you not given any information on the amount of negative replies which were written on the survey and put on the post it note paper which was on your so called information boards at the public consultations? I look forward to your reply.’
